THIS COURSE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LEVEL III SECURITY STUDENTS WHO WANT LTC AT THE SAME TIME.

This course is for LTC Applicants requiring the online classroom/exam portion (the Range Proficiency Demonstration portion is included with your Level III course when purchased or you must make separate arrangements with the instructor).

(This is available for Level II students or existing Level II Non-commissioned Security Guards who are NOT completing the Level III – Commissioned Security Officer course.  In addition to this online course you MUST contact the instructor(s) to arrange for the range proficiency demonstration unless you are EXEMPT)

Description

Your instructor, Henry A. Thomas, is certified under Texas GC 411.188 and GC 411.190 to administer the classroom instruction and written exam as the LTC Online Course (part A).  Fred Harkins and others are a qualified LTC Instructors who will administer the Range Proficiency Demonstration as required which includes additional 1 -2 hours instruction including shooting the required course of fire to be conducted at the local range.  Purchase the course today to gain instant access to Mr. Thomas’ entire License to Carry online training. Once you complete the course and pass the State mandatory examination, the next step is to schedule your proficiency demonstration with a handgun in front of the qualified LTC range instructor. How Long is the Course

Our License to Carry online classroom training has approximately five and a half hours of required content. You can take that class all in one sitting, or you can work through the content at your own pace.  The Range Proficiency Demonstration will be completed within 2 hours at the local range.

What’s the format?

Each topic is a video slide presentation that is narrated by Henry A. Thomas who is certified under Texas GC 411.188 and GC 411.190 to administer the LTC Online Course (classroom instruction only).  The range exercise will include live instructor training on gun safety in addition to live round firing on the gun range with the instructor.
